Current Volunteer Needs: Become an Ambassador
Visit businesses to ask for and collect raffle items to raise funds during the golf outing. (for example, gift cards, movie tickets, small fun items with value under $200). Raffle donations qualify for social media brand promotions.
Visit businesses to ask for and collect Silent Auction items to raise funds during the golf outing. (for example, weekend excursions, limo rides, wine, bourbon, gift baskets with value greater than $200). Silent auction donations will qualify for public recognition as a sponsor as well as social media posts.
How to do this: walk into a business and simply ask if they would like to donate for the cause. Ask them if they would like their business information and logo publicly promoted as a sponsor, give them them the donation letter. Collect the item and have them send the logo to [email protected].
Corporate Donation Letter: Download and print the donation letter, visit businesses for donations with the donation form. Receive the donation and give them the letter for tax purposes.
